Velda Lauder’s Military Chic

The romantic surroundings of Paris must have had a lasting effect on us. We went weak at the knees when we saw this beautiful military corset collection from Velda Lauder. The ‘Peace Warrior’ collection is inspired by British post war films, in particular the film ‘Brief Encounter‘, an absolute favourite of Velda’s. We just adore these underbust corsets. They are so evocative of the 1940s screen starlets and give a shape that exudes both incredible femininity and power.

We love the fact that these corsets are made retaining Velda’s vision of ‘resculpting the feminine form’, yet can be worn every day.
