Go wild with Bas Bleu’s dramatic lingerie

There’s times when you want beautiful, practical underwear, bras that are classic and pretty but not too frilly, then there’s times that you just want something completely mad and totally stunning. That’s what Bas Bleu does best — they make beautiful, over-the-top lingerie that is divine, fun, and anything but boring. Our favourite is this sexy “Flirtini” set pictured above — the colours are even more striking in person, and despite the lace overlay, the bra’s sexy and chic design gives this set a modern look. The cut of that bra — with the wide dip in the middle — turns out to be a bit of a signature of Bas Bleu’s designs, and we love it. We haven’t been able to find the bra available online yet, but the knickers are available at Be Cheeky for £34.

It’s actually quite difficult to find any Bas Bleu for sale online, but we finally stumbled onto a treasure-trove: Fishnets Lingerie in North Yorkshire, who have a brilliant collection of Bas Bleu and a lot more. Through Fishnets we found Bas Bleu’s opulent oyster-silk satin knickers with a golden chain attached to the front, their summery halter-neck bra, and an amazing neon-bright, polka-dot silk bra and knickers set. This lingerie isn’t for the faint of heart, but who wants to be faint of heart, anyway?
