Foxers: Reinventing boxers for women
May 29, 2007 by Danae

Romantic lingerie sets are all very well, but really, what every woman needs is a great pair of underwear to get her through daily life. That’s what quirky new label Foxers has on offer: comfy, boxers-inspired underwear that’s meant to “stick out” above the top of your band, eliminating “whale tail” by showing off a cheeky boxer band.
Foxers illustrates their product quite well with the picture above left — basically, pair these babies up with low-rise jeans and you can sit in comfort without worrying about flashing your bum. There’s a cute little bow at the back of each pair, cementing that cheeky i-took-his-boxers-and-made-them-girly look that Foxers is promoting. It’s a really cute concept, and they’ve adapted this look for thongs (or “Bstrings“), boyshorts, and even lace boxers. Bstrings and boyshorts are $20, and the lace boxers are $28.
A few Foxers have just arrived in the post for us to try out, and we’ll be writing up a full review after some rigorous testing. On first impressions, we’re quite impressed with the quality of the Foxers – the fabric is soft and thick, the boxer-tops are quite stiff and substantial, and the cut is really cute. We’ll soon find out how comfy they are, and will keep you updated.
