FishEye Fittings

Fishnets in the UK is trying something pretty innovative for an online retailer. Like our post about RavinStyle, retailers are trying to recreate the service levels of their brick and mortar counterparts. Fishnets approach is the Fisheye Fitting service which allows you to talk to the staff directly over your instant messaging client including audio and video. From their site:

However, if you do have a webcam and have an awkward dress or top and would like suggestions of bras that might work under it, we can show you the stock via the webcam. This way you will see a clear and closer image of the products we are selling, without having to leave your home. If you have bought a bra from us and are unsure if it fits correctly, we can help you here as well via YOUR webcam!
