Feature: Revanche de la Femme

Revanche de la Femme has been designing corsets since 1999. Elena Cancer Krebs (no need to translate her last name, Knickers apologizes) is the lead designer at RDLF and she makes corsets with old fashion techniques and modern style. The boning is metal and she has 60 fabrics to choose from. RDLF is based in Germany and Blands in the UK has a small selection of the 40 different styles available. Sensibly, when you have that many styles, it is better to use a numbering system rather than cute names. All of the selections can be found on this page.

On the left is M2057. It is a half bust corset in classic design. This style will flatter your bust line and hips. It has five clasps in front and lace up cording in back. It is very light blue with a crisp black contrast trim along the panels, top, and bottom. Optional garters and a simple black knicker are the only other things you need. £142.60. On the right is M19. This is a full cup / full breast corset. It is brocade fabric with navy trim. Clasps in front and is well suited for fuller figured women. Pick it up for £160.49.

On the left is M2055. This is smart enough to wear as outer wear. It is made from denim with pretty seams. The bra cups are slightly shaped to give a little lift. Pick it up for £133.50. On the right is an under bust corset (M530). This has four clasps in the front. It is available in satin in champagne or black. £133.50.

On the right is M2054. RDLF also makes skirts and bolero jackets to accompany their corsets, but these are hard to find outside of Germany. If you wore this gorgeous pink corset with a plain black pencil skirt, you would likely have a perfect match. This is full cup design with a very deep and revealing cut down the chest.
