HOW TO ENTER: Visitors to www.knickersblog.com who sign up to the Knickers newsletter by 11:59 p.m. (Greenwich Mean Time) of the last day of the drawing are automatically entered into the current posted prize drawing (see below). There is a limit of one entry per person. No responsibility is assumed by Knickers or the sponsor (if any), and entrants waive all claims for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries or for any problems of technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, software, failure of any email service or any combination thereof, including without limitation any damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer resulting from participation in this promotion. All entries become the property of Knickers.
CURRENT PRIZE AND ENTRY DEADLINE: The prize for the current drawing is one set of Ravishing Romance lingerie (Corselette and Shorts) by DKNY. The entry deadline is 11:59 p.m. (Greenwich Mean Time) on 5th July 2010. One (1) winner will be randomly selected by 6th July 2010 from entries properly submitted by the deadline, and the prize will be awarded upon winner validation and verification by Knickers. Taxes, fees, customs charges and all other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of each prize winner. Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Knickers reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners in all drawings on the Knickers website will be selected by Knickers or the drawing sponsor, if any, in random drawings from eligible entries received. Chances of winning depend upon the number of subscribers in Knickers’s database at the time of drawing. As of the time of the current drawing, it is estimated that the number of entries for this drawing will total less than 10,000. Winners will be notified via email at the email address provided in their entries. If Knickers is unable to reach a selected entrant by email or if the selected entrant does not respond to notification or fails to provide all requested information and releases requested for delivery of the prize within five (5) business days of notice, the selected entrant will be disqualified and will forfeit his or her right to a prize, and an alternate entrant will be selected. If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize shall constitute the winner’s consent to the use of his or her name for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
ELIGIBILITY: In order to be eligible, you must be a lawful permanent resident of the United States, the United Kingdom, or Canada and be at least 18 years old or older as of the date of entry. This prize drawing is void in Puerto Rico , U.S. Territories, and where prohibited by law. Employees and agents of Knickers or its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and promotions agencies and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and their spouses and people with whom they are domiciled) are ineligible to enter or win.
LIST OF WINNERS: The names of winners will be available after the winners have been officially notified. Winners’ names will be posted on www.knickersblog.com for a period of two (2) weeks after notification. The list of winners may be obtained by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to: 123/2 Marionville Road, Edinburgh, EH7 6BG. All such requests must be received by 29th October, 2010.
