Another apology and exciting changes at Knickers

As our newsletter subscribers have noticed over the weekend, Knickers was still having some unexpected issues with its RSS-to-Email system, which caused another batch of repeat emails to be sent to all of our subscribers. We can’t apologise enough for this, and have been working hard to make sure that this definitely doesn’t happen again. Here’s what we’ve done:

Apologies From Us

We would like to apologise to everyone who received multiple emails from us over the last few days; Feedburner had some problems which in turn triggered off a problem with our emailing system.
