I’m in the Lone Star State this week and was able to stop by Petticoat Fair in Austin. It’s a large shop stocking just about everything a lady might need from brands including: Freya, Fantasy, Nite Sweatz, Elle MacPherson, Laura Ashley. I thought the prices were a wee bit overpriced, but you are paying for their individualize service (albeit slow -I told to put my name on waiting list just to get a question answer). I finally just asked the girl stocking the shelves, she was happy to help, but help was not offered. While I was waiting I browsed, briefly, the sales bins -sorted by band size, quite a jumble. In any case this is a great place to go if you need special help otherwise you are better off at Neiman Marcus’ Last Call, which I will review later…oh the joy!!!
